Michelle-Dominique, is Managing Partner at SYNSPACE Switzerland. Previously, she worked as a Senior Consultant and Data Protection Officer. Her focus is on making complex regulations understandable and practical to implement.
Areas of Expertise:
- Cybersecurity & Digital Resilience: She supports organizations in designing and implementing robust cybersecurity frameworks and conducting structured threat and risk assessments to strengthen overall digital resilience.
- Compliance & Regulation: She translates complex regulatory requirements (including the EU AI Act, Cyber Resilience Act, NIS2, GDPR, and ISO 42001) into practical, auditable processes and governance structures.
- Process Management & Quality Engineering: With experience in internationally recognized maturity and quality frameworks, she helps organizations optimize development and operational processes in a structured, data-driven way.
- Gamification & Training: She designs interactive, story-driven training formats such as “Defense of the Cyber Castle” to make complex topics engaging and ensure knowledge is retained in a sustainable way.
Reto Müller
With over 35 years of professional experience, Reto brings exceptional depth of knowledge and practical expertise to our team. A trained computer scientist based in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, he builds bridges across language regions (German, English, French).

- Training & Didactics: IREB® and ISTQB® certified trainer, focused on teaching practical skills rather than purely theoretical knowledge.
- Requirements Engineering & Testing: Extensive experience in requirements engineering, software and system testing, quality processes, and process optimization.
- Code Quality: Decades of expertise in static code analysis and sustainable software quality.
- Cross-Domain Consulting: Bridging technical requirements, organizational processes, and regulatory standards.
- Community Engagement: Founding member of the Swiss Testing Day, honorary member of the Swiss Testing Board (STB), and volunteer trainer at Powercoders.
