Registration

The electronic (email) registration is binding. The amount stated in the course description is the participant fee plus VAT.

Participant Fee

Participants will receive the invoice together with the confirmation of training course. The participation fee is due no later than the first day of the course. The participation fee includes all teaching materials and documents provided during the course, as well as use of the software for the duration of the course. It also includes all refreshments and coffee during the course. All participation fees are exclusive of VAT.

Cancellation

Cancellation of course enrollment must be done in writing. No fee will be charged for cancellations made up to 10 working days before the start of the course. After that, 50% of the participation fee will be charged. If enrollment is cancelled two working days or fewer before the start of a course, the full participant fee will be charged. A paying substitute participant may be named at any time without incurring any costs.

Delivery of the course

The course management reserves the right to cancel individual courses for organizational reasons. SYNSPACE Switzerland will not cover any costs for trips or accommodations that have already been booked. In the event of cancellation, any participant fees already paid will be refunded in full. We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, course location, trainer, and minor changes to the course content.

Liability

SYNSPACE Switzerland accepts no liability for any damage incurred during training. In particular, liability for damage caused by computer viruses is excluded.

Copyright and Other Rights

All rights to the documents, programs, etc. submitted or used in the course remain entirely with SYNSPACE Switzerland.

Privacy

Customer data is stored and processed in accordance with data protection regulations.

 Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for courses is Basel.
